Hope Family Services, Inc

Hope Family Services is a Christian based Child Placement Agency.  This site specializes in foster homes, foster parenting and foster child information.  We are based in Colorado, so we can only be familiar with Colorado regulations. However, people living in other places of the world are welcome to provide information about their knowledge and experiences concerning fostering or raising their own children.

We thought it would be nice to have a place to give tips or ask questions about foster care or foster parenting. If you have a question, an answer, or just want to share an experience with the world, go to the comments section.  There, you are offered some choices about posting your comment. If you don't want your comment posted, we might forward it to someone who does. If you have a legal or licensing question and you live in Colorado, perhaps we can help.  If you have a legal or licensing question and you don't live in Colorado, perhaps someone in your area will see it here and help you out.

We have now designed a training option on the web site. We have several informative readings for your review throughout the site. At the end of most of the readings, there is a link to some questions about the reading for you to complete. Then send your answers to Hope Family Services via the web site. We will look them over and send the results back to you. You may then approach your superviosr with the results of the reading and discus with them how much training time you might receive. We welcome any feedback that you may have on this process.
